HEUCHERA SELECTIONS and related plants

Heuchera, or Alum Root or Coral Bells as they are sometimes affectionately called, are extremely versatile plants. They grow well in full sun, part sun or shade. They seem to achieve their full potential in a lightly shaded area. Once established they require little watering and are quite drought tolerant. Heuchera are deer resistant. The long flower stems are great additions to fresh-cut flower bouquets. The flowers bloom for extended periods from late spring to mid summer and attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Our plants are of blooming age/size.

Even though they display nice flowers, coral bells are grown primarily for their attractive and unusual foliage. Heuchera remain evergreen in most locations, even under the snow! As you can see below they come in many wonderful colors.

Plants are shipped potted and growing in deep 3" pots, unless otherwise noted. We ship plants April through October. If you are making a purchase in winter you are welcome to select a custom ship date or we will ship at an appropriate time for your area.
