Hosta 'Key West' is a hybrid of H. nigrescens 'Elaitor' x 'High Noon'. Large, bright gold, heart-shaped leaves. Bright filtered shade will give this plant its best coloring. A good grower that will mature to over 6 feet wide. Very impressive statement in the garden. (Petryszyn 1999)
MATURE HEIGHT: 28".
MATURE SPREAD: 75".
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Lavender, early season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Part sun to shade.
