IS THAT A STRAWBERRY PLANT?

Potentilla a. 'Etna'. Remarkable strawberry-shaped foliage that has lovely bright red flowers in early summer. The foliage stays close to the ground with the flowers towering about one foot above the mound. Also known as Cinquefoil. A fast grower that is easy to work with. It can be considered a slow rate ground cover since it readily self-seeds. It looks a lot like a strawberry plant... with class!

MATURE HEIGHT: Foliage 3-5". Flower 15".

MATURE SPREAD: 24".

HARDINESS ZONES: 5,6,7,8,9.

FLOWER: Early season.

SUN EXPOSURE: Full sun to part sun.
