Buddleia davidii 'Pink Delight' is an award winner. It produces lots of true pink flowers, some panicles are up to 12" long. A "must-have" for all butterfly gardens, the lightly scented flowers lure them in. Compact, rounded, strong grower. Vegetatively reproduced, not an inferior seedling. Lovely.
Butterfly bushes do attract butterflies - like magnets! They are also appealing to the delicate little hummingbirds. Once established they are quite drought tolerant. Buddleia are generally deer resistant. These plants appreciate well draining soil, especially in the North.
MATURE HEIGHT: 5'.
MATURE SPREAD: 6'.
HARDINESS ZONES: 5,6,7,8,9,10.
FLOWER: Mid to late season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Full sun to part sun.
