Persicaria 'Red Dragon'

It's back!

Persicaria 'Red Dragon' is a strong growing plant with interesting foliage colored plum, mauve, mint green and silver. Straight red stems add to the beauty and make colorful additions to fresh cut flower bouquets. The tiny white flowers are insignificant as this perennial is grown for its amazing foliage. Well draining raised beds seem to be the trick to growing this plant in the north (Zone 5). We have found this beauty to be a nice houseplant when placed in a sunny window. PP#12062.
