Hosta 'Lemon Ice' is a complex breeding of: "clausa f. normalis F2" x 'Strawberry Banana Smoothie'. The bright yellow leaves are described as: a bit shiny, ovate, a bit folded, a bit corrugated, and mature to 6" x 4". Purple flowers on red scapes, stunning above the bright foliage. (Solberg 2011)
