Chastain (1998). Medium [18" tall x 40" wide].
Pale lavender flowers appear mid season.
A hybrid of 'Newberry Gold' x 'Sun Glow'. 'Lakeside Contender' features lightly wavy rich gold leaves of good substance. Mature leaves are ovate-shaped and measure 11.5" long by 8.5" wide.
PLANT SIZE: This plant is shipped well rooted and growing in a deep 3" pot.
