Hosta 'Celestial'
SLUG RESISTANT
Hosta 'Celestial'. Nicely corrugated dark green leaves with wide, creamy-yellow, wavy margins. Nearly rounded, each leaf measure 11" long by 9" wide. A hybrid of 'Dorothy Benedict' X H. hypoleuca. Some say this beauty is an improved version of 'Northern Halo'. The near-white flowers tower over the slug resistant clump in mid summer. (Elslager 2000)
MATURE HEIGHT: 22".
MATURE SPREAD: 48".
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Pale lavender, mid season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Part sun to shade.
