Rose Mallow. Hibiscus moscheutos 'Pink Elephant' PPAF has the largest flowers of any hardy hibiscus - no less than 12"! The pink, ruffled flowers have overlapping petals and a deep red eye. This new beauty is sometimes a rebloomer. A special new variety from Mr. Tom Miksich.
