Heuchera 'Blondie'. The red-caramel colored foliage is so cute with the delightful, ever present flower spikes of mellow, creamy yellow. Just 5" tall, and 8" wide, 'Blondie' is a blooming machine, with up to 20 flower spikes at a time! Like most coral bells it goes through color changes during the year. Good things come in small packages. Unlike any other heuchera! PP#24564.
This plant is a member of Terra Nova's "Little Cutie" Series. Plants are very compact and possess amazing flower power just above dense, colorful foliage. These plants are said to make nice houseplants too!
This plant is a Heuchera villosa hybrid. The villosa species is a robust grower with an increased tolerance of high heat and humidity over other species. Most villosas produce flowers in midsummer, though they are usually grown more for their fantastic foliage. H. villosa is native to the southeastern United States. If you live in the south this plant is a great choice for your garden!
MATURE HEIGHT: Foliage 5". In bloom 9".
MATURE SPREAD: 8".
