USDA Hardiness Zones 4-9. White flowers.
2009 WORLD PREMIERE
Heucherella 'Alabama Sunrise' PPAF is a special new villosa hybrid. It is more tolerant of heat and humidity, thus making it an excellent choice for southern gardeners. It features very large, deeply cut, brilliant gold leaves with red veining. An exciting new choice for those who love heucherella 'Stoplight' PP#16835 but have been unable to grow it successfully. Part sun is best, but shade is preferred for the southern states. While this plant is primarily grown for its unique and colorful foliage it does feature tiny white flowers.
Heucherella are an intergeneric hybrid between Heuchera x Tiarella. The resulting offspring retain some of the best traits of both parents. Since all forms are sterile they bloom profusely and repeatedly. This beauty is sometimes known as Foamy Bells.
**This plant is so special that it is protected by a plant patent. Asexual reproduction is strictly prohibited. This variety can only be offered by qualified growers**
