Echinacea 'Fancy Frills' PPAF is a special E.purpurea hybrid with multiple rows of shaggy petals, giving it a sunflower look. The large, fragrant blossoms are great for cutting. This plant has a nice strong stem and does not need staking. Another fine coneflower from Terra Nova.
