Hosta 'Breakwater'. This beautifully variegated hosta from Randy Goodwin has “pointed, heart shaped leaves that exhibit strong contrasting colors. The bright yellow margins cut deeply into the center in a flame-like pattern,” states the registration. It spreads its leaves wide in the garden, and is especially attractive when massed. Mature leaves are corrugated, a bite cupped and folded, and measure 7" x 6". H. montana line. (Goodwin 2020)

HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Near white, early season.
