Astilbe 'Ostrich Plume'
It's back!
Astilbe thunbergii 'Ostrich Plume'. Different from most other astilbe this big beauty features large, open, droopy, arching, pink plumes. An award winner that is sure to please. Also known as Tall Japanese Astilbe, and in Europe it is named as 'Straussenfeder'. False Spirea. Although any sun exposure is ok, partial sun is ideal.
MATURE HEIGHT: 30".
MATURE SPREAD: 26".
HARDINESS ZONES: 4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Mid season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Sun to shade.
SIZE SHIPPED: 2.5" pot.
