USDA Hardiness Zones 4-9. Blooms early to mid season.
Astilbe Japonica. 'Montgomery' features dark red triangular plumes on darker red stems. Leaves emerge with a bronze-red tint, then turn glossy dark green. A colorful and striking plant.
PLANT SIZE: This astilbe is shipped well rooted and growing in a deep 3" pot. You will receive a nice multi-eyed division of blooming age.
Please note that we ship Astilbe seasonally, mid April through October. Orders placed in 'winter' (November - early April) that contain Astilbe will be shipped mid April.
